Ahead of the release of Good Tea, we caught up with another of West London's finest - Finn Foxell. Finn explained to us the process that's gone into the EP, from its prolonged assembly to his personal influences. The EP is out on the 3rd of October, before he sets off up the countty in support of Lava La Rue, you can catch our interview below.

BB: Finn, tell our readers a little about yourself, how did you get involved with music?
FF: My older brother used to spit grime so I started writing from really young off that energy, around 15 I started experimenting with my guy parallels mic in his bedroom.
BB: Describe Good Tea for us in 3 words...
FF: Naughty cuppa Rosey
BB: Describe your approach to creating, what are you trying to get across in your sound?
FF: Counting these blessings and creating more of them, a lot of it is motivational
BB: What do you get out of music?
FF: Outlet & a soundtrack

BB: What was the inspiration behind Good Tea, and why did you choose to release it now?
FF: These four tracks are very stretched out chronologically in when they were made, so I feel like they sum up a lot of the past two years for me even though other music of mine has dropped in that time, it’s been a strong wait but the beginning of winter was perfect
BB: Is your identity something that’s consciously reflected in your music?
FF: I think I carry a message and in that, I put across a lot of myself for sure
BB: What’s in store for the rest of 2019?
FF: Bunch of shows with some family and more good music
